self-portrait in dorm

life-size, huge. i forget the measurements, they were unusual. this be acrylic, of a palette limited to mostly alizerin, sap green, pthalo blue, raw sienna, burnt umber, ochre, payne's gray, titanium white and some violet (NO BLACK!). each element in its own is sort of monochromatic except the face, due mostly to the fact that i had to complete this assignment in one (very long) night. oh, and its painted on UNPRIMED canvas so there's a little of that peeking out through the jeans and hair and what not.
